What is the turnaround time for custom DTF sheets?
Most orders are processed and printed within 24 to 48 hours. Once printed, shipping speed depends on the carrier method selected at checkout.
What file formats do you accept for artwork?
We recommend high-resolution PNG files with a transparent background (300 DPI). We also accept PDF, AI, and PSD files provided the layers are flattened and the background is removed.
How do I apply the DTF transfers to my garments?
Press the transfer at 320°F (160°C) for 15 seconds with medium-to-firm pressure. Allow the film to cool completely before peeling (Cold Peel), then press again for 5 seconds with a Teflon sheet for durability.
Do you offer bulk discounts for large orders?
Yes, we offer tiered pricing for gang sheets and high-volume orders. The discount is automatically applied in the cart based on the quantity of sheets added.
What is your return policy for custom prints?
Because custom DTF sheets are manufactured to your specific designs, we do not accept returns. However, if there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement.
Can I use these transfers on any fabric?
DTF transfers are highly versatile and work on cotton, polyester, blends, spandex, and even leather or nylon, regardless of the fabric color.
